ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10 HOW DRUNK ARE YOU?

ALERT! A new technique is being employed by some police officers during DWI investigations. This tactic is meant to trick you into incriminating yourself.

The trick question goes like this, usually after the officer tells you he knows you have been drinking or smells alcohol on your breath:

"On a scale of zero to 10, with zero being sober and 10 being falling down drunk, where would you put yourself?"

ANSWERING THIS QUESTION AT ALL CAN LEAD TO YOUR CONVICTION FOR DWI WHETHER YOU ARE DRUNK OR NOT!

BEWARE! If you are asked this question you are probably about to be arrested! Your answer cannot help you. You do not have to answer this question. It is designed to trick you and eventually convict you.

ANSWERING "ZERO" OR NOT ANSWERING THE QUESTION AT ALL ARE PROBABLY THE SAFEST AVENUES FOR YOU.

People are being convicted simply because they answer this tricky question. Think carefully before you say or do anything!
