Hello everyone. The link below will lead you to a video story about 2 people who were falsely accused of DWI despite having nothing to drink at all. They were ordered out of their car, given "field sobriety tests" which they "failed" and then they were arrested. They submitted to blood tests which proved their statements that they had nothing to drink were true. Both blood results were .000 in both cases. Notice on the video how the police jumped to the conclusion that drugs must be involved. The blood test for drugs came out negative too. This will not be any surprise to any one who tries DWI cases, but may shock the conscience of any one else watching these two citizens' horror stories:
