New Case Victory Week of December 14 2007

There is another administrative license suspension ("ALS") case victory up on my website for last week (December 14, 2007):

As you may note from the cases posted from the past two weeks, both of these drivers agreed to take field sobriety tests and passed them, but were arrested for DWI anyway. You should choose whether to do these "tests" carefully.
