Booking Atrocity Captured on Video

Hello. Below you will find a link to an outrageous attack on a quadripalegic man by a law enforcement officer during booking. The man is thrown violently from his wheelchair because he didn't comply with an order to stand up, because he can't stand. Most of these atrocities go unnoticed because most police departments either dont videotape or quickly destroy the ones they've got. As a stark example of how routine these attacks are, look at how the other law enforcement personnel watching do not even act the least bit surprised by the attack.
