    is there a difference between DUI and DWI?If there is adifference what is it and which one is worse?

    Hello Anonymous. There is no difference between a DUI and a DWI under New Hampshire DWI laws. The DWI law refers to "driving under the influence" in different sections of the law, which can lead to natural mixing of the two terms. I hope this answers your questions.
