Yes they still prosecute simple possession of marijuana in New Hampshire. If you have been caught with the smallest amount of marijuana, (even if it hard to weigh) or a bit of residue on a pipe the state will prosecute you. Depending on the circumstances, the state will try to fine you, take away your driver's license, or even try to put you in jail. But you don't have to sit back and take it.
