Why Fight A DWI Charge or a License Suspension?

Hello everyone,

On my website you can now find seven case victories from September 2008 alone. In addition to these cases, three of my clients had their driving while intoxicated ("DWI") or boating while intoxicated ("BWI") charges "nolle prossed" (dropped) because the arresting cops had been fired between the time of the citizens' arrest and their trial dates. Two of these cases were dropped because the cop was suspended based on far-fetched testimony in another one of my cases in August (see DWI Victory: August 7, 2008). All told, that adds up to a total of 10 people who successfully avoided DWI convictions or implied consent drivers license suspensions after hearings so far this month alone. I stress "after hearings", because another number of cases are dismissed due to default judgments (I do not include or post "attendance-based" dismissals on my web site). So why fight your DWI charge? Feel free to call for a free consultation if you have been arrested for DWI or boating while intoxicated in New Hampshire at 603-893-0074. In New Hampshire's 603 area code feel free to call 1-800-DUI-LAWS. See my website for further details:
