Hello. Many of you have seen or heard about a vicious attack on a citizen by a police officer in Massachusetts recently. Last month I posted a not guilty verdict on a DWI case from September 16, 2008 that happened because the sober driver was videotaped:

So why aren't most arrests in video and audio recorded? It is easy enough to form your own conclusions as to why most DWI arrests are not videotaped.
