New Hampshire DWI laws. Here are the next upcoming DWI/DUI continuing legal education courses I will be on the faculty panel at:
Friday, December 2, 2011 Concord, New Hampshire. This course is titled, "Anatomy of a DWI Case". My topic for this CLE course will be cross examination. This course is a beginner level course geared toward lawyers who have tried 10 DWI trials or less. It will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday, December 6, 2011 Plymouth, Massachusetts. This course will be about OUI-Drugs, or operating under the influence of drugs. This will be geared toward practitioners of different levels and will include "Drug Recognition Expert", commonly called "DRE" testimony and issues that arise in the non-alcohol OUI case in Massachusetts. My topic will be legal issues arising in the DRE cases, cross examination on DRE testing and horizointal gaze nystagmus testing, which is part of the 12 step DRE evaluation done by cops.
More detailed information about both of these great CLEs will be coming in the future. If you have any questions please feel free to call me or email me.
Have a safe night,
Mark
